How come does the Scroll Trader sell a blue scroll of Adventurers Insight? - Guild Wars Forums

I tried to sell other blue scrolls to the Trader and he refused to buy them. Where did this blue scroll in his list come from? I think he should trade in Tomes as well anyway.
